Privacy notice
La Posada en el Potrero Chico, located at Camino al Potrero Chico #825, Hidalgo, Nuevo León, México 65600, is responsible for handling the personal data you share with us.
What we collect
Whatever you give us in the quote form or when you write to us: name, phone, email, your travel dates and number of people. Anything you add in the message field is stored too. We do not ask for payment details on this site — payments happen in the booking engine, which is a separate service.
What we use it for
To answer you, put together your quote and follow up on your booking. We contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email, which are the channels you authorize when you send the form. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We use GoHighLevel as our customer management system and Google Cloud to store the information. Both act as providers processing data on our behalf and only for the purposes above. We also use Google Ads to measure which ads work, and Microsoft Clarity to see how the site gets used: it records clicks, scrolling and page paths so we can fix what gets in the way. What you type into forms is masked, and Clarity never receives it.
Ad measurement
When you submit the form, your email and phone are shared with Google inhashed form (an irreversible transformation), solely to confirm that the booking or request came from one of our ads. Google cannot recover the original data from that hash, does not use it to show you personalized advertising from other advertisers, and we receive no additional information about you in return. If you would rather it not be shared, write to us and we will prepare your quote over WhatsApp or email without the form.
How long we keep it
For as long as our relationship lasts and as long as needed to meet tax and administrative obligations. If you ask us to delete it and no legal obligation prevents it, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, cancel or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to reservations@elpotrerochico.com.mx or call +52 81 1660 2242 and we will get back to you.
Cookies and measurement
We use the Google Ads tag to know which ads bring bookings. If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that measurement starts without advertising cookies until you allow them. You can block cookies from your browser; the site still works.
